I going to make this post fast. But shouldn't the guy that Tackled the kid be charged with rape or something. Tackling a naked 10 year old is pretty much rape in my eyes. The dude could of at least grabbed his arm and walk the kid off. I know he was just trying to stop the kid and all but still got to watch out what he does.

Cail man wanted for homicide found in Iowa. Why hide in Iowa it's like the worst place to hide. No hills, its all flat grounds. You could probably hide in a barn.
If I was in cali and I was wanted for murder I would go to Mexico! I got to admit Iowa is like the last place to look for a murder suspect lol.
