I going to make this post fast. But shouldn't the guy that Tackled the kid be charged with rape or something. Tackling a naked 10 year old is pretty much rape in my eyes. The dude could of at least grabbed his arm and walk the kid off. I know he was just trying to stop the kid and all but still got to watch out what he does.
